Terms of Service.

Founderfy is a local-first network that helps early-stage founders meet, starting in Portland. The service is currently free while we hand-build the first cohorts.

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• One person, one account.

You own what you write in your profile and messages. By posting it on Founderfy you give us permission to display it to other founders in the network and to operate the service. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

Founderfy works because founders trust the room. The fastest ways to lose your seat:

• Harassment, hateful conduct, or threats.
• Cold-pitching, recruiting, or fundraising spam.
• Impersonating someone else, including their company.
• Scraping the pool or harvesting contact info.
• Sharing private conversations or other founders' info outside the platform.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or revoke dinner seats at our discretion to keep the network healthy.

Seats at Founderfy dinners and rooms are limited and curated. RSVPs are a commitment — show up or tell us in advance if you can't. Repeated no-shows may affect future invitations.

We're an early-stage product. Features will change, break, and improve. We don't guarantee uptime or that any specific match, room, or dinner will happen.

Founderfy is provided "as is." We make no warranties about outcomes — including whether you'll find a cofounder, raise capital, or build a successful company. Any decision to work with another founder you meet here is yours.

To the extent allowed by law, Founderfy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (which, today, is $0).

You can close your account at any time from settings or by emailing us. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
